This is the best vegetarian/vegan cookbook that I have on my shelf! Rarely do I find a recipe that my family doesn't like. Last night we had the Oatburgers and they were wonderful! Even my picky 3-year old was asking for seconds (and thirds). We are changing our eating habits and trying to live a vegan lifestyle. This cookbook has made it very easy to enjoy yummy, good food without feeling deprived.

I have been reseaching a lot of cookbooks over time and this one offers some ideas on tried and true recipes. While it is a good addition to my cookbooks had I had the chance to look at it first hand I would have quickly realised that I already had most of the recipes contained...This book on the other hand would be wonderfull for someone starting out going vegtarian. If you get this book make sure to tweek the flavors in it as I find them to be a bit bland...though for my tastes I perfer rock your socks off flavors, and heat so that is just a personal prefrence. This book personally is a good buy.

Opens a whole new world to country life. I recommend this book to those serious about making positive changes in their eating habits!
